Hospital Partners:
Global Q has partnered with the online platform Dianping in China (i.e. Meituan-Dianping), serving as an official agency for the platform’s overseas assisted reproduction business section. We also collaborated on financial and insurance through offline traditional channels.
Dianping, boasting 100 million daily active users, launched its overseas medical section in 2023 to help overseas assisted reproduction hospitals connect with customers who are looking for their services more easily through its high-traffic platform.

As a comprehensive service provider for overseas hospitals in China, Global Q is committed to facilitating compliant marketing and providing diversified services to Chinese customers.Currently in partnership with over 50 overseas IVF hospitals/clinics and more than 20 service providers, Global Q anticipates expanding its partnerships to over 50 overseas IVF hospitals in 2024-2025.
Global Q is committed to ensuring overseas hospitals are compliant in their business development in the Chinese market. We have collaborated with Dentons and KPMG and together developed the "Compliance Guide for Overseas Hospitals to Carry out Online and Offline Business Development in China", clearly indicating compliance rules in marketing and business development activities.

The CS team focuses on customer care and conversion, assisting hospitals in serving their Chinese customers, including solving problems and coordinating for customers who need to travel abroad and arrange their stay.
